No.

** is it possible to install the dishwasher on a wall opposite the sink? **

It will need to be connected to both a hot water supply and the house plumbing drain. Are either in close proximity to where you want to locate it?

You might be best to call a plumber with experience with installing dishwashers and ask them to see if it will be feasible.
