Our 4 year old house had a poured concrete basement floor; however, numerous cracked have occurred all over the basement allowing water to seep through. We now have white foamy/sringy looking 'stuff' all around the cracks. My husband tried a mold/mildew cleaner but it just made it worse. It seems to be growing. I'm worried about the heatlh risks. Any advice??
