Direct your downspouts into flexible 3" or 4" perforated drain pipe and put the drain pipe underground. Run the flexible pipe to the lowest point on your property to to a drywell. The drain line is fairly inexpensive and can be connected to down spouts using plastic fittings available at the home improvement store.
