I have a weeping willow tree that lost it's leaves early last year. So far this year it hasn't gotten any new leaves. It is now april in SC and I am worried it won't come back. Some of the branches are brittle and break off, but the closer you get to the main trunk, they don't break. Could you tell me if she is dead or just sleeping. I really don't want to cut her down unless there is no choice. Please help!
