The reason I want to paint it is for two reasons.
One, it never looks clean, and two, the room it
is in is a dark room. I was hoping that if I
painted it cream or white, it would help lighten
the room and help make it appear larger, too.
I have tried to clean it twice (with two
different types of cleaners & spent a lot of
time doing it)and it still looks dirty. The
stone has no color; just a grey, green appearance
with no gloss. Your thoughts are appreciated.
