I just purchased my first home which was also a model home about three months ago when we had snow on the ground. To a first time buyer it was magnificent, but now that the snow is gone, my "yard" is full of daffodils and spots of "pea gravel" and the home itself is called a "tri-level" and there is not one room that the floor dosent sound like its falling when you walk across it. I need expert help on a single parents income!
