I have a pau lope deck that has become weathered(gray). I would like to reseal the deck and return the color to the dark brown, but need to remove the top layer of weathered wood. What is the best way to accomplish this? powerwashing? sanding?
If sanding, should I sand with the grain or an hand sander that rotates clockwise?
