In following in this line. I am rebuilding a small outside bench. The wood has rotted after being outside for just 4 or 5 years. I need to replace the wood and am thinking of using Oak (very expensive). What are the best woods to use for a project like this?
PS. I live in Dallas Texas and the weather is severe on anything.
