I am in the planning stages of building a walk-in shower with 2 of the 4 walls constructed of 4"X8" glass blocks. My concern is how to construct the base so that I have a foundation on which to place the first set of blocks and how to ensure I have proper drainage from all areas of the floor towards the drain. Also what material should I use for the base / floor? Thanks for any advice provided.
