This is a rent house - wallpaper everywhere... In the upstairs bathroom the wallpaper is pulling away from the wall because it is attached to plywood only and is right near the claw foot tub. I have pulled down layers of wallpaper and found panelling that I can paint over but what do I do with this wall in a cost effective way - so we can leave the place better than we found it.
