One black top tends to fade as well. Concrete don't fade but every minor spill shows. Black top also is considerably warmer in the summer verses concrete. Meaning the warmer the driveway might actually make your home warmer as well, cooling cost may rise as well. And not to mention not being able to walk barefoot in the summer on that scorching driveway. Sometimes these things can really be over looked. Hope it helps.
