I'm in the process of choosing materials and a contractor for the constraction of a deck with an atetched gazebo. Would like some seguestions on the best lumber for it. Cost is a factor, but would like something that would look nice for a long time. Low maintenace if possible. The structure will be 10 to 15 feet off the ground. And what suold I look for in a contractor?
