but first check that it is not a bad connection going in and out of the very first outlet it feeds,,,can you tell where that particular feed goes too first from the breaker?? I would check the connection in that outlet box and on the outlet itself to verify that it is not just a loose connection causing the problem. I guess you sould open up the breaker box and put your meter on the output of the breaker involved an verfiy that the connection coming from it are tight too ...then put your volt meter across it and verify for proper voltage first. good luck and post back with your findings and solution.
