go to www.webforge.com and look at trench grates .
if you dig about a 2 foot hole and make a cement box with a drain tube about a foot up the box you then can run a drainage tube down youre driveway or where ever under ground to help drain the water and place the trench grate on top of the cement box. the grates are removable so its easy to clean underneath.
