Would be to use 1 cup of bleach per gallon of water, plus add 2 tbs of the TSP or TSP substitute per gallon.
Work from the bottom up to avoid streaking, and you may want to protect your siding from any run off that would discolor it.
If you have a lot of trees around, thining them out will help, but I know there are situations where this mold will grow without any trees around.
