that you need to find someone else to do your repairs for this reason: The Cool Decking "professional" should have determined whether your concrete was in solid enough shape before applying the original coating. If he wasn't capable of this, he should have checked with someone that was. Would you rehire a flooring company to replace vinyl they installed over a rotting subfloor? A roofer to replace shingles they had installed on rotted roof decking? Just my 2 cents worth. Luck, Kizmet
