Even though you have cleaned the carpet, the problem be coming from the padding underneath. Or if it's in the corner, check the carpet tack thingys. I pulled back the carpet and used a diluted mix of household bleach and sprayed the areas. It helped for a long time but eventually I ripped up all the carpet (not due to the urine). I did find out from a carpet installer that cat urine glows in the dark under a black light. Good luck!
