Pull down stairs

Hello Bob!,

We are an architects specifying folded aluminium stairs in a residential aplication.

We want to able to attach the stairs to a lever ,thus lifting the whole stair to the ceiling when not in use.(opening up the whole area)

Are there any companies which can achieve this??
