What you need to do is clean the siding with a mildew killer, you can get at any paint store. Or you can mix it yourself, use bleach, tide and water. Use a large scrub brush and scrub into the siding. Let it set 10 or 15 minutes and rinse off with your garden hose.....best for a hot day, however, this will work.
