Just did 2 bedrooms like this:
Walls - Eggshell Linen White
Trim - Semi-Gloss Linen White
Ceiling - Ceiling White (more of a pure white color)
Also, to really get a professional look, be sure to caulk all gaps between trim and walls. This makes a huge difference.
Yes it takes more time, but the outcome is beautiful.
