I just had my unit serviced about 5 weeks ago and I noticed that the unit outside was running but the blower in the furnance was not on but came on for a few secounds and then cut off. There was ice forming on the freon lines outside and in the house back to the unit. Is this because the system is low on freon or the blower is not working properly? What should I do?
