I happened on this site and figured I would ask a question. I am getting ready to install 12" ceramic tiles in my kitchen and through the dining room. The dining room has oak floors. Should I remove the oak and the kitchen floor so both roooms are equal before the mud or just go over both with the mud. Please respond if you know. Thanks
