If you had the piece......gluing would be easy...."a piece of cake"...

Removing/Replacing the brick is a challenge requiring matching color/texture and grout.......check with a mason.......

I'm not convinced "bondo" would work to cover and fill the missing brick........wrong color...... dubious quality issue..........

JB Weld is a strong adhesive......similar but different from "Bondo"
