Have some water stains in bathroom. Pulled up the vinyl flooring and found subflooring to be stained as well, but not sure as to condition of being more cosmetic or actually damaged. It's 3/4" plywood and seems sturdy. Not sure if I should cut out the damaged section or pull out the shower and replace the entire board?? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
