I just moved in a condo resort in Dorado, PR. Walk in the front door and you get a strong stinky odor as if it may be from dampness. I believe this unit was used only on weekends so the central ac is probably turned off. There is only spanish tile and no carpeting. Maybe dampness is resonating thru the tile flooring which is a first floor on grade.
