Sears Home

Bob,
We have a "Walton" model Sears mail order home
from 1937 in St. Charles, MO. We are currently
trying to sell this little beauty of history
and most people look at you funny when you tell
them it's a Sears home. How do we communicate the
real value of this home to the uneducated public?
It's in great shape with all the so called "updates" people love today without changing the
look of yesterday, ie; Southern style wrap around
front porch,wood mouldings, stained glass, leaded
glass collonades etc.. Anyway, just a note to you
saying we think you are still the best of the home
improvement folks, (except for maybe Joe and Ed)
