basment wall above ground

I HAVE A OLD POURED WALL,I INSTALLED 1" FORM BOARD AND BRUSHED ON A CEMENT COATING. THIS WAS DONE 20 YEARS A GO. Now it is all busted up, they don't have the coating i put on. what do i do? from ground level to bottom of siding is about 2 feet.
