I do not know how these threads work but do know what mold looks like as my bath vent fan leak has caused a slow wall rot, baseboard rot, and foundation shift. So subtle that a person as attentive as I pride myself to be only noticed when my 4 yr old has suffered from respiratory problems since birth and has only been diagnosed as allergy to mold and his bunk bed is below the worst part of the crawl space in eave! I am sick with guilt. Does anyone have an answer? I am in Texas and homeowners does not cover any mold related losses. If you have found any answers would so appreciate your time.
