I'm attempting to wire in my new ADSL modem. In the appartment I live in, they did not connect the black and yellow lines. I need to use those for the DSL modem. The system seems to use a 66 type punch-down block. The green and yellow are in the end top and bottom, but where do the yellow and black go???
The phone company has said they are comming out, but after haveing set three, yes three appoinments thus far and no one showing up, I'm taking this into my own hands. The telco box is not locked and in the open. My POTS spliter is installed and working. Any help would be outstanding....
