installing flagstone patio

I have placed flagstone in the sand. I have seen people brush dry quickcrete in the cracks and water in. Please give advice on how to specifically do this. I know the dry concrete will settle when watered. Do I let it dry and put more in or what? Appreciate any advice. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
