My four year old weeping willow tree has some branches that are turning black. I know blight can cause this but, how do I know if it is blight and if it isn't what eles could it be? Should I go ahead and cut off the dead branches? Some branches are only dark in the middle of a branch and the rest of the branch is ok. Help!!!
