if you have those old car bumper jacks. they are great for just this project. It cannot be those newer sisor jacks.
Place the bumper jack alongside the post, wrap a chain around the t post and on the bumper part of the jack, then place a 2x6 under the jack so it does not sink into the ground and then start jacking, the post will slip out of the ground with no effort on your part.
I use a farm jack for removing wooden 4x4 fence posts with concrete on the base, work great. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
