We had our home built in 1985 in Houston, Texas. We had thermopane windows installed throughout the whole house. It seems that every 5 to 7 years we have to replace the windows because of condensation that settles between the two window panes. What causes the moisture to form? Is there something that we can do to prevent this problem from happening? It is costing us a lot of money to replace the windows.
