The concentration at that level would be untraceable. I use to build pools for a living. We would install high-tech clorinators that used electricity to convert salt into clorine. We would dump 500 pounds of salt into the pool so that the electro-clorinator would work properly. The point is, 500 lbs of salt was completely unnoticable in that much water. A teaspoon of Diaz in 5,000 gallons of water is very safe to drink.
