Take the vent cover off and run a plumbing snake down the duct until you see it at the register that works. There might be something blocking the flow. Trailer ducts are often banged up under the floor.
I don't know your skills and knowledge, so I can't say whether you are super mechanic or fumblefingers. If you can change an automobile starter, the chances are you can change a blower motor. You need the tools, ability and the courage to take on the possibility of wrong motor rotation and electric shock. Make sure you turn the power off before touching electricity.
