50 year old ??? 10" Craftsman table saw

My saw has the model number plate missing on my table saw. The chrome plated (with a round knob) locking handle on the rip fence has broken off, but I need the model number to see if the part is available. The table top is 27" deep and has a gear driven adjustment on it.The body is colored a medium gray with a holographic design plate on the front for decorative purpose. I know that the saw is 40 years plus, but it's still a great machine. Please help me!!! Thanks, Al
