I've got a bathroom faucet where the spigot copper tube detached itself from the brass housing. It looks like it was welded/soldered before, but I can't get the solder to adhere to the brass portion of the brass/copper joint. It adheres just fine to the copper. Is this the correct method for this type of repair? Any help would be welcome.
