How do I do it? I am in the process of building a CONCRETE back porch that I plan to close in, in the future. I would like to heat the room with heated water. All of the contractors that I have talked to, have different views on how to do it. Do I, pour a base pad and insulate a second pad with the piping, or Do I, put the piping into one pad? And, How do I secure the piping?
