Thanks for the advice. The "brass" housing that I'm referring to is where the seats/springs and ball assy go, just to clarify. After heating up everything, some will stick to copper and anything on the brass side will just bead up and roll of side of housing. ARRGGG! But, like you said before, maybe the brass needs to be hotter.
