Elastomeric Painted Stucco Failure after four years

A reputable contractor painted my house four years ago with elastomeric paint. Since last five months cracks (vertical, horizontal, at windows, near ground, mid height, etc) are forming on virtually all exterior walls (don't belive house is moving-no interior signs on floor nor walls). Additionally horizontal cracks on detached structure (built seven years after house). In the southwest.
