Steven..........clean your surface with alcohol (methyl hydrate)

Apply one coat of Glidden Ultra-Hide Gripper (primer) wait 24 hours.

Apply two finish coats of the appropriate sheen Glidden Evermore Latex paint - your choice of color.

These products are available at The Home Depot.
