I've been thinking about installing vinyl siding myself on my 2 story colonial. I beleive a lot can be saved by DIY and it doesn't look too complicated. But I can't see doing it without some scaffolding. Any tips on what type to rent and what cost to expect? If anyone has found a place to rent it in the south eastern part of CT, I'd sure like to know.
