I also had a pink tub. I tried using a two part epoxy paint. That was 2 years ago.. although it looked okay at first, now it is yellowing and I can't clean it back to white. Also the paint has bubbled in two places. I followed directions closely, put on two coats but now I still need to check into reglazing or replacing. I can probably replace it myself for close to the same as the reglazing will cost.
Have a professional give you an estimate on reglazing.......don't paint!!!!!!
