Darn, no easy fix! ;-> Since I'll have to sand off the enamel primer anyway (an easy task since it scrapes right off), I wonder if it would be a good idea to sand all the way down to the pressboard? I did that in a small spot with no trouble at all. Would this work?

Also, could it be possible that I just didn't sand hard enough?

I heard that there's some sort of primer you can use on just about anything, including slick surfaces, but I can't remember what it's called. Something like melanine? Do you know what this might be?
