first I would determine why the fence is leaning? Is it a warped fence post, did something run into it or just what. Since you stated 4x4, that does mean wood. So, did the fence post curl on you? Is it a series of posts or just one?
Anyway, if the post is curling, then remove it and place two posts one on each side of the removed post to sturdy up the fence. If the fence posts are ok then being so high, just started leaning do this: Water heavily each post on the ground level. This will make the straightening job easier. Then on the inside of the lean, get a come along or some healthy friends and get the fence back to straight and then screw some blocks to the fence and use 4x4's to prop the fence up to level. When level sink some new posts between the old ones and this will steady the thing up. Leave the props up until the ground has re dried and compensated for the move. You might have to back fill with dirt or better still new concrete.
