Hi there!

I dropped my remote to my ceiling fan and now it doesn't work. The problem is that my ceilings are really high and I can't get way up there to do anything. I just want my remote fixed, or a new one, but I think the fan I bought may be discontinued. I bought it from Sears and they are no help.

Can you help me with some suggestions?
