Yes, Judy did complain to the Better Business Bureau and we did work closely with them to resolve the problem. If you contact the Better Business Bureau today you will find that we have zero complaints against our company, O'Gorman Brothers Inc.
I have emailed Judy and have asked her if there is anything else we could do to satisfy her bathroom problem.
I am the owner of the Bath Fitter franchise serving Middlesex, Ocean, Monmouth, Union, & Somerset counties and have been in business since 1995.
