Set wood posts "on" concrete, never, ever "in concrete. Proper compaction of native or processed backfill materials that drain freely, like gravel, will help drain water away from the posts, and water will do nothing but promote rot, treated or untreated wood, it doesn't matter in the long run. Setting posts in concrete will actually promote moisture with the cavity between the concrete and the post, which will never be water-tight.
