my parents bowl suddenly keeps overflowing.
they have purchased entire new toilet bowls, they have had servicemen come repeatedly to the house, the line gets snaked...nothing turns up...what could be the cause....this has now been going on for 6 months. There is no sewerage coming up in the basement so the line is not blocked.
