My house is 6 years old. It is a brick house built on a conventional floor plan and I have water standing in my crawl space. I am on the side of a gradual sloping hillside I have built a "v" ditch around the house to pull the water away from the foundation but I still have some water seeping under the foundation. The first question is how do I get the water from underneath the house? The second question is how do I prevent water from getting under the house in the future?
